Alanna Renee Cosmetics: "Black Cherry" & "Purple Addiction"

Hello my polished pretties! Today I have 2 polishes from Alanna Renee Cosmetics that were sent to me by Color4Nails! Alanna Renee is a fairly new to me Indie name, coming to us from Australia, which have until recently been kind of hard for us US girls to get our hands on. That's where Color4Nails comes in! Color4Nails carries a large variety of brands from mainstream to indie including Penelope Luz, Jade, Ludurana, Layla, DL, Glitter Gal, A England, OPI, Essie, China Glaze, Color Club and many more! I will include all ordering info at the end of this post!

 Black Cherry...
...a mix of large and small red hex glitters, large red square glitter and small black hex glitter in a deep red toned purple base.
All photos of Black Cherry are shown as 3 coats over NPB Glitter-A-Peel and topped with 1 coat NPB Glitter Food and 1 coat SH Diamond Flash

Black Cherry was so incredibly hard to photograph, it is so squishy and complex. The color when you first look at it in the bottle appears to be a red that is almost black but when the first coat is applied you see that  purple tint. It really lives up to it's name, it reminds me of when I was a kid and would devour a bag of cherries and my cherry juice covered fingers had apparently touched my clothing leaving little purple/red stains all over! There is so much glitter in this bottle you will definitely need a glitter smoothing top coat to even it out. Application was excellent, with a thicker formula there is a lot of control when it is being applied. I'm really loving this vampy beauty!

Purple Addiction...
...a mix of purple square glitter, smaller purple hex glitter in a sparkly purple base. This also has blue and subtle pink sparkles. The sqaure glitter has a reflective curve.
All photos of Purple Addiction are shown as 2 coats over NPB Glitter-A-Peel and topped with 1 coat NPB Glitter Food and 1 coat SH Diamond Flash

I have a weakness for purples and this is no exception! When I saw this on Color4Nails IG feed I was like WHOA, I NEED THIS!!! Then the next day this gorgeous polish was in my mailbox! Sisi had sent this to me and I wasn't aware, I'm so glad she did! Look at the hidden sparkles in there! This is an amazing purple bomb! Application, again, was amazing. No clumping, or balding. (NOTE* with both of these since there is so much glitter you should make sure to give a few minutes between each coat to avoid dragging!) As with Black Cherry a glitter smoothing top coat is recommended!

Color4Nails is currently working in getting their website up and running (www.color4nails.com) but in the meantime you can place an order by emailing Color4Nails21@gmail.com. Alanna Renee's retail for $11 per 12ml bottle! If you follow Color4Nails on Facebook (click here) you can get updates on current stock and any new brands that will be available! Also follow Instagram @color4nails

What do you think about these beauties? I know I will need more of this awesome Aussie Indie! AR has a whole line of Harry Potter themed polishes!! I'm a Potterhead, I will not apologize! LOL
