Zoya Summer 2013 Irresistible Collection (Picture Heavy)

Happy Monday!! I hope everyone had a great weekend, I know I did! The weather has been so amazing and feels so summer like, I just love it! Summer like weather calls for beautiful summer nails, wouldn't you agree? Zoya has come out with some really amazing summer collections this year (if you haven't seen the Summer PixieDust Collection click here to see my swatches) and today I have the Irresistible collection to show you.  This collection contains 6 foil metallic polishes that all have a a hint of gold flakes. Each of these had a great formula making application fairly easy. No dragging or balding and they all went on pretty smooth, with the exception of one (keep reading below) All of the photos are shown as 3 coats, unless otherwise stated, and all are topped with Sally Hansen Diamond Flash. I want to note that with the length of my nails I usually use one more coat than would be used on shorter/average length nails.

 Kerry...
...a full-coverage, yellow gold foil metallic.

This shade reminds me a lot of one of my favorites from the Summer Pixies, Solange. It's like the smooth counterpart to that sparkly textured beauty. This gold is amazing, I can't get enough of it!

Amy...
...a full-coverage, red orange foil metallic.

Amy, Amy, Amy. This gorgeous red orange has so much depth, the gold flakes are so beautiful in this rich color, it's a perfect marriage of colors. I knew I would love Amy as soon as I saw her. I'm really diggin' the oranges right now!

Tinsley...
...a full-coverage, rose gold foil metallic.

Tinsley is so unique, it has a sort of Jelly like quality. She is much more sheer than any of the others from this collection so I had to use 4 coats of this one to make sure it was completely opaque. Again with the length of my nails I usually use one more coat than would be used on shorter/average length nails, so 3 coats would probably work well for most. I was surprised at how much I like Tinsley, I wasn't expecting much just by seeing her in the bottle but on the nail WOW!!!

Bobbi...
...a full-coverage hot magenta pink foil metallic.

Bobbi show the gold flakes the least of all the polishes in this collection, I also had the hardest time with application of this one. The formula with Bobbi was thicker than the rest making it a bit clumpy but only requiring 2 coats for full opacity. Clumpiness aside it's still a very lovely color!

Hazel...
...a full-coverage, blue green foil metallic.

For some reason Hazel reminds me of blue jeans, it has a slight denim look to me. :) The gold flakes really stand out in this blue beauty! I really wish this was a brighter blue though, I think it would make it even more of a summer color.

Rikki...
...a full-coverage fern green foil metallic.

Rikki, like Hazel, really shows off the gold. I really like the way this looks IRL, the pictures don't really do this polish justice. It makes me think of green fields and sunshine, such a gorgeous green!

My top picks:
Amy, Tinsley & Kerry
