Jindie Nails "Don't Get It Citrus Twisted" & "That Purple Ish"

Good morning and happy Monday my polished pretties! I hope everyone had an awesome weekend! Today I have a couple of polishes from the Summer Chic Collection by Jindie Nails. As most of you know I am a big Jindie fan! Jen always has some of the best polishes around! It's no wonder she has exploded on to the Indie scene the way she has. If you don't own any polishes by Jindie Nails you really should, there is a little something for everyone! Now lets drool over some lacquers, shall we?

 That Purple Ish...
...a periwinkle purple crelly base loaded with silver shimmer and an assortment of wine, purple, lilac, lavender, hot pink, navy and magenta dots, squares and hex.
All photos of That Purple Ish are shown as 2 coats topped with SH Mega Shine.

I can't stress enough that this polish is actually more purple than it is showing in these photos, I always seem to have a hard time getting color accurate pictures of periwinkle purples. The formula is amazing, applies easy and smooth. The glitters come out so easily, spreading across the nail nice and even and lay flush against the nail. There was no need to for a glitter smoothing top coat with this so my basic fast drying top coat worked perfectly! Plus, check out all that shimmer, how gorgeous is that?

Don't Get It Citrus Twisted...
...a bright neon green crelly with matte green, pastel yellow and canary yellow dots and extra large hex's. Neon pink hex and opaque baby pink dots and extra large hex with a silver shimmer.
All photos of Don't Get It Citrus Twisted are shown as 2 coats topped with 1 coat NPB Glitter Food and SH Mega Shine.

DGICT is a massive glitter bomb. You definitely don't need to worry about fishing for glitters with this baby, they came out like crazy! There was minimal placement needed, the glitters pretty much attached to the nail and stayed. The formula was perfect, a little streaky with the first coat but it evened out nicely with the second coat. Since there are so many glitters this has quite a bit of texture to it so I recommend a glitter smoothing top coat to help even it out. There is also a beautiful shimmer in this as well, it's much more subtle than the shimmer in That Purple Ish but it's there.
