Hi guys, long time no see! I have been so bad at keeping up with the blog lately, I have just had a lot of stuff going on in my life I've had difficulty in finding time and then getting motivated for anything. I'm not making any promises to post as often as I used to but I would like to post at least once a week from here on out, but again, NO promises! ;)
Anyway! Today I have a couple of stunning KBShimmer polishes to show you. I have 1 of seven shades from the Mega Flame Collection for Spring 2016, which consists of 7 holographic micro glitter shades in a tinted jelly base. I also have 1 of seven new polishes from the Spring 2016 collection, which consists of a mix of finishes from holo to a matte neon glitter topper. So let's just jump right into my swatches, shall we?
Ripe for the Pink-ing: a raspberry pink, this mega holo shade is the ideal berry color with blue undertones.

So packed full of holo micro glitters that it is completely opaque in just 2 coats, which is good because the jelly base is a little more on the sheer side. Now my nails are quite a bit shorter right now than they normally are, but I have no doubts that there would be no need for a 3rd coat if you have longer nails. The finish is surprisingly smooth and even for a micro glitter, I had no need for a smoothing top coat to even it out. The sparkle is super intense and shows off in any light. I give this two extra sparkly thumbs up for sure!

Purr-fectly Paw-some: a pastel moody blue linear holographic polish with steel gray and lavender undertones.

As you can see the holographic rainbow is not at all shy! Even under my normal daylight bulb you can see a slightly muted rainbow flash. Under the OttLite it's even more intense, yet still not as intense as it can be out in the sunshine or with flash. If you are a holo lover, YOU NEED THIS! The formula is incredible, so crazy opaque I only needed one medium-thick coat for full coverage. No flooding, pooling or pulling...just pure perfection!
