Different Dimension: 3 Christmas/Holiday Polishes

Happy NAIL-AWEEN Day 1

Hello everyone! Last week I told you guys I was going to be starting a Halloween themed challenge, hosted by datyorkLOVES. It's a 10 day challenge, that is work as you please, which is great for me because I'm still working on my 31 day challenge and between the 2 and a couple of reviews I am going to do this month is extremely full! Anyway, here is my water marble for Day 1!

I'm really happy with how this turned out. I've only done water marble nails 2 times before this and they weren't the best. This one isn't perfect but it is much better than my previous attempts. Also, since I am kind of a glitter junkie, I had to have a glitter accent nail! =) I can't help it, am just so in love with Bitches Brew! Gothic Fairy Wings

 

I'm sorry for such a late post, I'm getting ready to head off to bed, but I just wanted to show you guys a few pictures of my first attempt at these Gothic Fairy Wings. I saw these once before on pinterest or something, if anyone knows where let me know so I can credit!

I started with 2 coats of Gilda's Dream then painted my tips with 3 coats of Miss Kitty...

 

I painted 2 lines and the arches on the tips and filled out the rest of the tip with the black...

 

 

I added glitter then painted the jagged parts of the wings and added the dots.

 

The black is acrylic paint as well as the dots.

 

I painted these to enter them into Polish TBH's Instagram fantasy contest.
