I'm running way behind today, I was supposed to have this done as a scheduled post last night but I had the worst migraine and I was feeling sick to my stomach too, so I went to bed really early. I must have been tired because I slept for 14 hours! HOLY COW! So this ABC Challenge post is going to be a short one so I can get my second post up. Welcome to week "O" of the ABC Challenge! I had a mani in my head for this day for a while,but when I tried to create it I wound up with a big fat FAIL! So I scrapped that idea and went with something easy for this weeks letter. I decided to go with 2 beauties that I had on my wish list for a very long time that Alaina from Don't Spill the Acetone sent me for our St. Patty's exchange. Thanks Alaina!

It's Wednesday and that means it's week 14 of the ABC Challenge hosted by Kimber's Lacquer Korner! Today's letter almost left me recreating one of my first manis, neon spun sugar, which incidentally is by far my most STOLEN mani on Instagram. I decided to do this one instead, so I can give the Instagram thief accounts a new neon mani to steal!

Welcome back to another day of the ABC Challenge hosted by the ever so sweet and one of my polish BFF’s Kimber from Kimber’s Lacquer Korner! (Who is also having and AWESOME giveaway right now so go forth and enter away!!! I did and I am keeping my fingers crossed!) I know I’m a day late with my post but my internet went kaput yesterday, I think it’s the modem, so I am now waiting for someone to check the connections/modem. Oh well, gives me an excuse to get out and go to Starbucks and get a Cinnamon Dolce Chiai Tea Latte! YUM! Anyway, I was feeling very uninspired for the letter M. I had thought maybe I’ll just slop some polish on and say here ya go, a Messy Mani, until I started to watch Despicable Me. I have watched that movie about a hundred million times, and every time I tell my husband that I want a Minion! LOL Since he hasn’t delivered on that request I decided to create my own Minions!

It's Wednesday and you know what that means!! Another ABC Challenge post! Today is the letter L. When this challenge started, I had made out a list for what I wanted to do for each letter. Well I should say I TRIED to make a list, most of my letters have me at a loss, but L was one I knew right away! I have a slight obsession with shoes, not collecting them or wearing them, just looking at them! I use to be a big shoe freak, back in my club hopping days I could rock the highest heals in the worst conditions, rain, sleet, snow, thick sheets of ice, crazy mangled streets, you name it I could do it! (If any of you know what it's like to party on the Landing in Downtown St. Louis you know that even some of the most experienced heel wearing gals have trouble on those crazy cobblestone streets, but I was like a cat!) Then I started working longer hours at the hospital, wearing nothing but tennis shoes and flip flops and partying less. Eventually the deadened nerves in my well trained feet started to regenerate and heels quickly became a thing of the past. Now I just drool over all of the super sexy sky high beauties.Wishing I could manage to pull them off again without the period of torture it takes to grow accustom to them. So my inspiration for this weeks letter, as I'm sure you have guessed by now, is shoes. And not just any shoes but Christian Louboutin's! Über expensive and equally as amazing, known for having some super classy and also super blingie looks and always with the red soles. I only wish I had owned a pair in my crazy heel wearing days. Since I never did, I'll settle for making my stilettos into Louboutin's instead!

ABC Challenge: K is for Kids Choice!

Welcome to another day in Kimber's ABC Challenge. The letter K had me a little stumped, I wanted to do some art but I had no idea what to do that would start with the letter K. So I left it up to my niece and nephew, making this a Kid's Choice mani. They picked red so to take the Kid's Choice theme a little further I let one of the kiddos actually do my mani from start to finish! Yes I cheated. I did not create this mani. They are my nails though so it still counts, right? Please be nice to the art work, my 9 year old niece did an excellent job creating her version of ladybugs on my nails!

She even did the clean up too! She's a natural!! 

J is for Julep

Another week in Kimber's ABC challenge and I'm feeling burnt out...on creativity, on polish, on the blog, so this mani turned out terrible. It didn't come out the way I had pictured it in my mind. It should be J is for JUNK. I'm not really feeling it so I'm just gonna give you the pictures and be done with this week, let's move on to K...even though I have no idea what to do for K. Hopefully but then I can pull out of this funk! I think it's due to the fact that my house is still in disarray from the repairs and whatnot.

Good morning...night...whatever it is!! Welcome to another day in Kimber's ABC Challenge! I am bringing my day to an end and I wanted to hurry up and get this post up, so I won't be doing all my normal yammering, I'm just going to get to it. I want to apologize now for the less than stellar pictures, I had a hell of a time trying to photograph this one.

H is for Hard Candy

Welcome to the H day of Kimber's ABC Challenge! I know, another late post today! What's new, right? I had a completely different mani planned out for this day of the challenge, but since I had planned on doing some cool stuff with my Color Club Holo Hues it just wasn't going to happen. I woke up to snow and not a ray of sunshine! Boo! Mother Nature must have missed the memo that I'm ready for spring! Anyhow, since there was no sun I opted for using 2 of the only 3 Hard Candy polishes I own. I had been looking for Hard Candy polishes for what seems to be an eternity. The Walmart by me got rid of the display for the polishes so When I go to a different Walmart, which isn't often, I looked for Beetle like crazy! When I was in Indiana back in January I found the last bottle of Beetle! 

G is for Galaxy Nails

Happy Wednesday my polished pretties, and welcome to another day in the ABC Challenge! Today's mani has been on my list of "Nails To Try" for a very long time now. I participated in another challenge hosted by Kimber over at Kimbers Lacquer Korner, the 31 Day Challenge. There was a Galaxy day in that challenge, I skipped it. :/ Boo me. I don't know why but Galaxies really intimidate me, they seem so time consuming and I've seen some that look like blobs of polish and paint so I skipped it because I was afraid that mine would be hideous. However, I am trying to branch out just a little more and try things that I may not like or I am intimidated by. 

F is for Flocking Funky French!

Hi girls and boys, happy humpday and welcome to day F in the ABC Challenge! I have been looking forward to this day for a while. It's been a long time since I've done a french mani and I really wanted to see how it looked on my stilettos, since I've never done one on them. I just received my first flocking powders from the oh so sweet Nicole over at Nicole Gets Nailed so I knew I had to use some on my F day!

Welcome back to another day of the ABC Challenge! Today I had a few things in mind. I attempted a couple and they were either fails or just bleh! So I went to plain old easy route and picked one of my untrieds! 

ABC Challenge: D is for Dotticure

 It's week four of the ABC Challenge and I finally have a list made out of what I plan on doing for the rest of the challenge! Woohoo! Now I just hope I can execute them the way I see them in my head! :/ Today I decided on a look I had done a while back, when I was first starting to play with my polish and I hadn't even started my blog yet. I have a picture of it on my first post along with several other crazy looking manis,which you can find here. It's not much of a post really, but a gallery of photos that I had taken and just slapped on to the page, but it's funny to see then vs now! 

C is for Color Club

I am actually posting on time for this ABC Challenge! Wooho!  I'll try and have a review post up tonight at some point too! Anyway, I picked 2 untried Color Club polishes for today's challenge and the end result...SPARKLE!

ABC Challenge: B is for Buttercup by Sally Hansen

So I tried and tried to come up with nail art that started with the letter B, and as you can see I failed. I am having a bit of Nail Art block right now. I can't seem to think of any designs that I wan to try. This makes me a sad girl. :(  I love, love , LOVE nail art, so to draw a blank 2 weeks in a row is really depressing.  Anyway, I decided to use one of my untrieds.

A is for Aqua Denim

Today instead of Nail Art Thursday I am going to do my first day of the very relaxed ABC Challenge. I am running low on time, I have packing and last minute house work that needs to be done as well as a scheduled post for Friday, since I will be leaving for Indiana tonight. My little Red-Head has her first out of state gymnastics meet at the dome this weekend, so I get to see my big brother and my niece as well! Yay! 

Anyway, for those who aren't familiar with the ABC challenge it's pretty easy. We are doing a weekly post and for each letter I will pick a polish that the brand or name starts with the letter of that week! I want to say a quick thank you to one of my polish bff's Kimber @ Kimber'sLacquerKorner  for organizing this challenge! I am looking forward to seeing the different polishes that I'm sure I will be adding to my always growing wish list!
