Hey guys! Long time no see! It's been a crazy 6 months for me, I've just had so much going on in my personal life, so I just haven't had time to post to the blog. Since I've been on break I've managed to collect quite the pile of Zoya Collections that I needed to swatch/post. Over the last 48 hours I have knocked out several sets, so I will be putting up a few posts between now and New Years Eve. 

The first set I have to show you is part 1 of the Summer 2016 Collection, the Sunsets. This set consists of 6 bright creme polishes. I have all 6 shown here as 1 easy coat with a fast drying glossy top coat. 

Model City Polish: Summer Collection 2016 (Picture Heavy)

Hi guys! Today I have the Model City Summer Collection to show you. This collection consists of 6 vibrant polishes with holographic pigment and ultra holo glitter of various sizes. I did my best to try and capture all the sparkle and to show you how they all look in different kinds of light. YOU will notice that the holo in some appear more intense than in others, that's mostly because my camera was flipping out over the bright colors and the sparkle. LOL This collection will launch TODAY at 7pm CST. 

These all have wonderful formulas, not to thick but just enough to give them good control during application. They dry down fairly quick and the glitters settle into the polish nicely so there isn't any texture to them at all. I have all 6 shown here as 2 coats topped with Serum No 5 Need For Speed Top Coat.

Hi guys! The weather is warming up, clothes are getting lighter and the days are getting longer. That can only mean one thing, Summer is almost here! So you know what that means, fun summer colors and Zoya doesn't disappoint with two new awesome summer collections. Today I have a collection of 6 highly pigmented, rich cremes to show you. I think that these are probably the absolute best formulas of all the cremes that Zoya has put out. They are all very opaque and a couple were one coaters. They are a bit on the thicker side, but I'll admit I like thicker formulas. Now don't get me wrong, they aren't so thick that you can't work with them, if you prefer a thinner formula a couple drops of thinner will work that out for you. These applied so smooth and easy, no dragging, pulling or flooding the cuticles or sides.

Zoya Summer 2014 Magical Pixie Dust Trio Swatches and Review

Hi guys! I finally have the Zoya Summer Magical Pixies swatched for you! I was originally going to post them much sooner but I figured I'd let the flood of posts die down a little. :) These are a little different from the last Magical Pixie trio, those had a more metallic base where these ones have a jelly base making them a bit more sheer. The formulas are excellent, as I expected them to be, and of course the sparkle is brilliant! 

I have all three shown here as 3 coats no base or top coat.

Like all pixies, you want to make sure to give enough dry time between coats to prevent any clumping, dragging or pulling of glitters.

Hello my loves! I have a new to me brand to show you all today. I am really excited about this brand too! Barielle has been around for over 30 years, they started off as a company that created products to condition the hooves of thoroughbred racehorses. Pretty cool right? Now they specialize in hand and nail care with special products that are made for weak, brittle and hard to grow nails. Barielle has a great variety of shades and finishes so there is something for everyone! 

Today I have the new collection for Summer 2014, the Keys Collection! The collection consists of 3 cremes, 2 shimmers and 1 jelly. I am in love with these formulas! Creme polishes can be kind of a pain put these are all such excellent formulas, probably the best cremes I've ever tried!  All 6 are shown here without top coat and as 2 coats unless otherwise noted! Lets jump into it!

Hello my loves and happy Friday!! Today is a good day, i got some pretty promising news this morning and I have these fantastic SinfulColors polishes to show you! Since the textured trend hit I have easily been one of the biggest fans of the trend. I have so many textured polishes I could easily wear a different textured polish for 2 months straight...maybe 3! LOL You would think I'd be sick of them by now but I'm not, not even close. I think I like the textured trend so much because each brand has their own twist on it. SinfulColors jumped on the textured band wagon last year with their Crystal Crushes Collection, this one is a lot different than that last one. This collection is 5 powerful colors that dry to a slightly textured rubber look, no sparkle, and they are HOT! 

I have 3 of the 5 shades to show you today. They are all shown as 2 coats, no top coat. All have an excellent formula, no flooding pooling or dragging. They apply like a dream. Lets take a look at what I have...

Hello loves! How is everyone this beautiful summer Thursday? Well I hope. Today I have half of the Silk + Satin collection that SinfulColors has released for this summer! SinfulColors is easily one of my most adored drugstore brands. There are so many shades, finishes and textures to chose from and they are all so affordable! 

This collection consists of 6 shades that dry to a demi-matte silk textured finish. I have 3 shades for your viewing pleasure, all shown as 3 thin coats without top coat. These all have a lovely formula, applying a bit sheer on the first coat but they build up nicely with the second and third coats. No dragging, pulling, pooling, or flooding the cuticles. Dry time is good also, I say about 15 minutes and you're good to go...just don't go doing anything crazy with your freshly polished digits since you won't be using top coat!

All 6 shades had a nice formula, they had a nice thickness to them that helped with control during application. I have all 6 shown here as 2 coats each, unless otherwise noted, topped with Sally Hansen Insta-Dry.

Zoya Bubbly Collection Swatches & Review (Summer 2014)

The Bubbly collection is one of 2 sets for this Summer. All 6 of these have a jelly like base packed full of golden shimmer and iridescent glitters. Zoya described them as holographic but I don't see these glitters that way, they are definitely more iridescent. 

They are each shown here as 3 coats topped with Nail Pattern Boldness Digital Flash. They all have great formulas, no flooding, pooling or dragging. They could easily give full coverage in 2 coats but I used 3 since my nails were rather long.

As summer is coming to a close a lot of you are anxious for fall shades. I love vampy, dark colors too but I'm one of those people who wears what I want when I want, no matter the time of year. Since I'm a color trend rebel I don't think it's too late in the season to show you these sensational jellies from Live Life Polished! These area perfect summer colors and could also be perfect to try and cheer you during the cooler months to come!

I have 4 colors from the 8 shade collection to show you. All of them apply smoothly and dry to a slightly matte finish. When top coat is added they transform into a beautiful squishiness! None of them had any issues at all, perfect formulas! I used 3 coats for each shade and finished them all with a coat of SH Insta-Dry.

For today's Try It On Tuesday I am using an amazing polish from the Summer Collection by Stephanie of Wing Dust Collections that has not yet been released. As soon as I received the package of goodies and I saw this bad ass polish I had to wear it ASAP!!! This color is so intensely pink it looks like my fingertips have pink flames on them!!
