Hello all! Happy Saturday! I hope everyone is having a great weekend so far. I have a real quick review post here for you all, before I get into all of my craziness for the weekend! I'll show you all on Monday exactly what I have going on with the house renovations this weekend! I also want to apologize for my lack of posting this week. I have been having a hard time keeping up not because I'm overwhelmed but I am just so tired lately. I don't know what the reason is, but I am so exhausted I feel like I could sleep for a week straight and on top of that I have been getting the WORST headaches ever. If it keeps up I guess I'm going to have to make a doctors appointment. Boo! Anyway, I am sorry and I will try to get back on a regular schedule. Now on to the polish!
Day At The Beach...
...a sandy brown/gold base with multi colored matte and regular glitter.
All photos of Day At The Beach are shown as 2 coats no top coat.
I can't say this enough, Michelle has an excellent product! Her formula is always on point, not too thick, not too thin. The glitters come out easily and go on to the nail without any placement. No flooding, pooling, dragging or balding. Dry time is pretty awesome too, especially since I didn't use a top coat! This polish has a lot of smaller glitters in it so a glitter smoothing top coat is required for a smooth finish. I chose to wear this without a top coat because I liked that the look of it really reminded me of a beach with the texture! If you are new to Indies or are looking to try out a great quality Indie, Laquerlicious should be one you try for sure!

Oooh this is so gorgeous! I especially love the first picture of it, you must have an amazing camera because you always capture the polishes so well!!

Well thanks hun. Actually I've been fighting with my camera lately, so it's nice to hear its still capturing the polishes well. Even if it does act super crazy at times. :)
DeleteYour pix are great, Gini, as always. I don't see a problem there.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of the polish, but color and formula are a subjective kinda thing. I can certainly see the beachy sandy connection.
Hope you get some rest soon and your internal clock re-set.
Feel better, honey.
Lisa
Aww sorry to hear you're not feeling 100% Gini! I hate headaches! I've gotten bad ones since I was a kid, it can really throw everything off. Feel better soon :)
